Novotel New Delhi Aerocity- International Airport

the rooms were great and the beds were really comfy. food exchange was good too but a little pricy although it's expected for a 5 start hotel.

Location is great - Aero City is a great place to unwind in the evening with plenty of good restaurants. The rooms are small but functional. Ideal for a solo business traveler but a bit cramped for 2. I would prefer better lighting in the room. Wifi was excellent. Staff courtesy and professionalism are excellent. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of Indian and Continental dishes.

Overall the staff was very courteous, right from the watchman at the entry till my room. Of course there were very few staff to attend the guest in the breakfast area. The room size is not going to give you plush feeling, though it is good for a short business trip. The mattress and pillow were very comfy and superb plus for the same. Also they are environment sensitive and few nice initiatives are taken by them for the same. The aerocity district is very happening and it is right there so that is again a plus.

I recently stayed at Novotel Delhi and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment that made my stay enjoyable. The food served was excellent, reflecting the high standards of their culinary team. However, during my stay, I encountered a significant issue that I would prefer not to detail here. Despite this, I was incredibly impressed with how the situation was handled. Manager Kushal and Chef Amit promptly visited my room to personally apologize. Their professionalism and sincere efforts to make amends were commendable. They not only addressed my concerns but also ensured I was compensated appropriately, which went a long way in turning around my experience. Moreover, Chef Virender also came to see me, further demonstrating the staff's commitment to guest satisfaction. Thanks to their efforts, what could have been a negative experience was transformed into a positive one. The rest of my stay was fantastic. The room was comfortable, the facilities were top-notch, and the service was consistently excellent. I truly enjoyed my time at Novotel Delhi and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city.

You guys are amazing and thank you for turning our Anniversary into a unforgettable beautiful moment.we had an excellent experience in Novotel and the way you guys arranged everything including decorating the room, flowers and cake was really exceptional and you made us felt like home and I couldn’t thank you enough for the wonderful surprises you guys had given us. So once again thank you to the team and big thanks Ms. Ayushi without you nothing would have been possible and I would love stay in Novotel again in the future and till than keep up the amazing work and we will surely see you guys again in the future.
