I recently stayed at Novotel Delhi and, overall, had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable environment that made my stay enjoyable. The food served was excellent, reflecting the high standards of their culinary team. However, during my stay, I encountered a significant issue that I would prefer not to detail here. Despite this, I was incredibly impressed with how the situation was handled. Manager Kushal and Chef Amit promptly visited my room to personally apologize. Their professionalism and sincere efforts to make amends were commendable. They not only addressed my concerns but also ensured I was compensated appropriately, which went a long way in turning around my experience. Moreover, Chef Virender also came to see me, further demonstrating the staff's commitment to guest satisfaction. Thanks to their efforts, what could have been a negative experience was transformed into a positive one. The rest of my stay was fantastic. The room was comfortable, the facilities were top-notch, and the service was consistently excellent. I truly enjoyed my time at Novotel Delhi and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the city.

Despite this, the service was excellent, and I preferred opting for the buffet rather than individual orders as it offered better value for the same price. Every convenience you could need is just a call away. I highly recommend this hotel 100%. In a rush to catch an early morning flight, I accidentally left my jacket with my AirPods inside. A few days later, I called the hotel, and they were very honest and responsive, confirming that my jacket and AirPods were safe and ready to be picked up. I truly appreciate their integrity and excellent service
